Epic Laziness
Dos Estaciónes?
Back in the good ol’ USA, snow and ice are melting (and then falling again), cherry blossoms are blooming, people are packing away heavy winter gear: it’s Springtime.
I saw the same Blood Moon Eclipse as the USAers. The Earth rotates and revolves, time passes. But not much changes, weather-wise. Here, in San Gil, even the rainy season is dry. Is it Tuesday? Is it April? It is difficult to track the passage of time without seasonal change. This is why people washed up on deserted islands make hash marks on driftwood.
I never expected to feel nostalgia for snow and cold and winter.
Life Lesson #7363839
Even for an introvert who hates fake flirting and people in general, working in a bar is fun when it’s for only two nights per week, three weeks total, and not contributing to one’s ability to pay bills.
